Refund Policy

Full payment is required for online booking. Prepaid booking amounts cover the services selected at checkout.

No-call/no-show

A no-call/no-show results in forfeiture of 100% of the prepaid appointment amount.

Same-day cancellation

For a same-day cancellation, the client may choose either gift-card credit for 100% of the prepaid appointment amount or a refund of 50% of that amount to the original payment method. If the refund option is chosen, the remaining 50% is retained as the cancellation charge. These options are alternatives and cannot be combined.

Completed services

Completed services are final and non-refundable under the standard policy. Nails by Epiphany may offer an exception or service adjustment at its discretion.

If you have a concern with a completed service, contact Nails by Epiphany within 48 hours of the appointment. Eligible service concerns may be reviewed for a correction appointment.

Discretionary gift-card credit

At its discretion, Nails by Epiphany may offer gift-card credit for an eligible refund, exception, or service adjustment, with the client’s agreement. Discretionary service-adjustment credit is not an automatic entitlement and does not constitute a cash refund. This discretion is separate from the same-day cancellation options above. The amount and applicable terms will be confirmed with the client before credit is issued.

This discretionary option does not replace any refund required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Additional charges

Additional services agreed to during the appointment are separate from the prepaid booking amount and are due at completion of service.
