Booking Policy

Nails by Epiphany is an appointment-based private nail studio. Online appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Online booking requires at least 24 hours’ notice; same-day online booking is unavailable.

Appointments outside of public online booking hours may be available by special request and must be scheduled manually by Nails by Epiphany.

Full payment is required to book online. Online payment covers only the selected base service booked at checkout. Additional charges may apply after the service for upgrades, add-ons, nail art, repairs, removal, length changes, specialty finishes, or additional services requested or agreed to during the appointment.

Booking times are estimates and may vary based on nail condition, service type, length, design, removal, repairs, and add-ons. Appointment start and end times are not guaranteed to be exact. Final service time may be adjusted as needed to complete the service properly.

Cancellations made before the scheduled appointment date receive a full refund to the original payment sources. Card payments are returned to the card, and account credit is restored to the account balance. Cancellation dates are determined using Baltimore time.

Clients may reschedule without a fee if the request is made before the scheduled appointment date. Same-day rescheduling is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

A no-call/no-show results in forfeiture of 100% of the prepaid appointment amount. For a same-day cancellation, the client may choose either gift-card credit for 100% of the prepaid appointment amount or a refund of 50% of that amount to the original payment method. If the refund option is chosen, the remaining 50% is retained as the cancellation charge. These options are alternatives and cannot be combined.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a same-day rescheduling fee may apply.
