Nails by Epiphany collects customer information as needed to provide services, communicate with clients, and operate the business.
Current website
The public site supports email appointment requests. Email links open your email application. If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond. The account and studio workspace use Supabase for authentication and protected storage of contact details and appointment records. Online booking and payments are not active yet.
Accounts, appointments, and planned payments
When account sign-in is activated, your name, phone number, email address, and appointments may be stored in Supabase. Authorized studio staff can manage appointment records. Sign-in sessions use browser storage so you can remain signed in; signing out removes the active session from this browser. Card information will be handled by the connected payment provider, rather than stored directly by this website.
Sharing and records
Nails by Epiphany does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed for scheduling, payment processing, communications, hosting, and business administration.
Instagram photos
This website includes an embedded Instagram profile showing nail photos. When the preview loads, your browser connects to Meta/Instagram, which may receive technical information and use cookies under its own policies. You can also view the profile directly on Instagram.
Website technology
This draft includes no analytics or advertising pixels. The hosting platform may process technical information or use cookies to deliver the site and control access. External map and email services operate under their own policies.
