Enable Appointment Sync to add website appointments to Google, including modifications and cancellations. Make appointment changes in this Studio dashboard. Google events created separately continue to block availability.

Calendar setup instructions
- In Google Cloud, select the Nails by Epiphany project and enable Google Calendar API.
- Use a Web application OAuth client. Add this exact authorized redirect URI:
https://agxnnzgcnihkueofjzql.supabase.co/functions/v1/nbe-google-calendar - In Supabase → Edge Functions → Secrets, save the client values as
NBE_GOOGLE_CALENDAR_CLIENT_IDandNBE_GOOGLE_CALENDAR_CLIENT_SECRET. Keep the existing Google sign-in callback and credentials unchanged. - In Google Auth Platform → Data Access, include calendar.freebusy and calendar.events.owned. Keep nailsbyepiphany@gmail.com as a Google test user. Click Refresh Status here, then Connect Google Calendar and authorize that account.
Do not paste secrets into chat or this website. While Google’s app is in Testing, authorization may need renewal after seven days. Production authorization must be checked before live booking.

New appointment changes and time requests notify the customer and company when delivery is active. Sandbox notices go only to the company.

Connect email delivery
- Create or sign in to the Nails by Epiphany account at Resend. Start on the free plan.
- Add the sending domain updates.nailsbyepiphany.com. Copy only the DNS records Resend provides into GoDaddy, then verify the domain.
- Create a sending-only API key restricted to that domain. Save it as NBE_RESEND_API_KEY in Supabase Edge Function Secrets.
- Refresh Email Setup and send the setup test. Check the company inbox and spam folder.
Do not paste keys into chat or the website. This test does not send queued customer messages. Automatic delivery status is shown above. Historical queued messages are never sent by this workflow.
Recent notifications
Accepted means the email provider received the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Failed messages need review. Queued messages retry automatically.
